Admissions Process
- Fill out the 2024-2025 application form.
- Pay the application fee ($50/student).
- Schedule an academic assessment.
- Fill out the teacher recommendation contact form.
- Schedule trial days (only if school is in session).
- Receive an admissions decision.
- If accepted, pay the initial fees to enroll. (See tuition and fees.)
Whether or not a student is accepted, parents will receive a copy of his/her academic assessment.
Note: The academic assessment is to make sure students are within 1-2 grade levels of their current age/grade. It is perfectly fine for a student to be behind in areas. Assessments help us to know which group they may fit into and whether there’s enough space available in a particular group.
Trial days are a chance for potential new students to get to know us and vice versa. We use this time to see how your student plays and works alongside others. We have lots of fun, and it’s a great opportunity for you to get your child’s perspective on our program.
